Most jobs follow the same path, from an overgrown block to ground that is ready to build or surface on. Here is how we work through it.
We start by clearing the block. Overgrowth, old grass, roots and rubbish come out, and the topsoil is stripped back so we are working on a clean, honest surface.

Once it is cleared, we cut to level. The skid steer shifts the bulk of the dirt, takes the high spots down and gets the site sitting where the plans need it to sit.

Trenches for footings, services, stormwater and drainage are dug to line and depth. Tight access, around existing builds and right up against retaining, is where the small machine earns its keep.

We bring the pad to level, place and spread fill where it is needed, then compact it back so the ground is firm and ready to build or surface on.
